Fan not starting with controller
Your fan will not start from the Aireye standard controller? See the troubleshooting below.
- Confirm that your controller cord is securely inserted into the plug.
- Make sure the breaker for the fan has not been tripped and that the fan is getting adequate voltage.
- Plug another device into the outlet for the AirEye. You can also try plugging the AirEye into a different outlet.
- If you have multiple fans, swap the controller and see if the fan will turn on. If the fan starts, the unit will need a replacement controller.
- If the fan is getting the correct voltage and it only hums, this would indicate that the motor is seized and may need a replacement.
If none of the above fixed the issue, or if troubleshooting indicated that you require replacement parts, please contact technical support.
