The study focuses on how well businesses develop intrapreneurs, defined by the research as employees \u201cboth willing and able to develop and implement innovative solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m happy to report that Big Ass Fans currently ranks number one among all companies in the study,\u201d Myler wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Myler described how employees have created entirely new markets for the company\u2019s products.
