WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR SHORT PIECES?<\/h3>\n

Once you sign for your order at the delivery point, ownership of the shipment transfers to you and our liability ends. To protect yourself from loss or damage, please follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Note Discrepancies<\/b>: Clearly note any issues, such as \u201c1 carton damaged\u201d or \u201c1 carton short,\u201d on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Obtain Documentation<\/b>: Get a copy of the signed delivery receipt that includes the notation of any freight loss or damage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Document the Issue<\/b>: Take pictures of the damage or loss if possible and retain all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.<\/span><\/li>\n

    RETURN POLICY<\/h3>\n

    To return a product to Big Ass Fans, please adhere to the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Notification<\/b>: Notify Big Ass Fans of your intent to return the product within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your original order.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Return Shipment<\/b>: Ship the product back within 10 business days after receiving your Return Material Authorization (RMA).<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Restocking Fees<\/b>:<\/span><\/li>\n

      1. Unopened Products: A 25% restocking fee will be applied.<\/span><\/li>\n

          Conditions of Exchange<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Big Ass Fans must be notified by the customer of the return within 90 calendar days of the delivery date on the original order. The product being returned must be shipped back within 10 business days of the receipt of the Return Material Authorization by the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes.<\/span><\/li>\n

          • Customers will be charged a restocking fee for exchanges which is 10% of the total sale. If the item is returned not in its original state, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Products that have been installed OR sold with a custom paint or appearance package are final and non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • An additional service fee and\/or parts replacement fee may be applied for any product that is returned with missing components, damaged in shipment, or that has been modified in any way. Such fees and charges will vary based upon the actual material and labor costs necessary to repair the product, replace missing, or modified parts, and to return the product to its original factory condition.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              1. Responsibility<\/b>: You are responsible for shipping the product back, including all insurance, freight, and other transportation charges.<\/span><\/li>\n

                    BIG ASS FANS CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h3>\n

                    1. Restocking Fee:<\/b> If a standard order ships from Big Ass Fans\u2019 facility before a cancellation request is processed, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with the original shipping fee and any additional charges such as reconsignment fees.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. Standard Orders:<\/b> Orders can be cancelled without penalty up to five (5) business days after receiving the Sales Order Acknowledgment, provided the product has not already shipped. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 10% cancellation fee.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. Custom Orders:<\/b> Products with custom paint, appearance packages, or special engineering are non-cancellable after twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of the Sales Order Acknowledgment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      2. Cancellation Confirmation:<\/b> Once your cancellation eligibility is confirmed and any applicable fees are calculated, Big Ass Fans will provide written confirmation of the processed cancellation in our database.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      3. Final Decision on Cancellation: <\/b>The decision made by Big Ass Fans regarding returns and exchanges will be final. Big Ass Fans reserves the right to make final determinations at its sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
