The fan itself is great, silent, powerful and even came with a light (which I did not know was part of the item) I tried very hard to think of something negative but really could not find anything. Lynda who followed up on my order was super helpful, arranging for a contractor to come and dismantle the old fan (not part of her job) and sorting everything out in an efficient and fuss-free manner.
