Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>This free trial offer is available to businesses and individuals located in Singapore.<\/li>\n<li>Participants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of their business or organization.<\/li>\n<li>Big Ass Fans Singapore reserves the right to approve or deny any trial request at its sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Fan Availability &amp; Selection<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The advertised fan for the trial is the Black Jack model; however, it may be replaced with another model depending on stock availability.<\/li>\n<li>Big Ass Fans Singapore reserves the right to substitute the fan model based on inventory availability.<\/li>\n<li>Only one (1) unit is provided during the free trial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Trial Duration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The free trial period is two (2) weeks, commencing from the date of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Any extension of the trial period must be requested in writing and is subject to approval by Big Ass Fans Singapore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Shipping &amp; Returns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The fan will be shipped to the participant\u2019s location for an additional fee, which includes both delivery and return pickup.<\/li>\n<li>The participant is responsible for ensuring the fan is ready for pickup at the end of the trial period.<\/li>\n<li>The fan must be returned in the same working condition as received.<\/li>\n<li>Customers must use the delivery service specified by Big Ass Fans and cannot arrange their own delivery method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Care &amp; Responsibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The participant is responsible for the proper use and care of the fan during the trial period.<\/li>\n<li>Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges at the discretion of Big Ass Fans Singapore.<\/li>\n<li>The fan must not be modified, disassembled, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Liability &amp; Indemnity<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Big Ass Fans Singapore is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the fan during the trial period.<\/li>\n<li>The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Big Ass Fans Singapore from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse or negligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. Termination<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Big Ass Fans Singapore reserves the right to terminate the trial at any time if the participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of early termination, the participant must return the fan within five (5) business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.
