1. The first thing to check if your fan is not turning on is if it beeps or lights up when you apply AC power to it. Turn power off at a switch or a breaker, and when you turn it on the fan should light up or beep.

2. If the fan does not light up or beep, give us a call and we can assist you further.

3. If the fan spins, beeps, or lights up, that confirms proper power is getting to the unit. If the unit is getting proper power, the next step is to verify that the remote is working.

5. If you cannot verify IR is coming from the remote, the issue is either the batteries in the remote or the remote itself.
