Fan is not turning on

1. Flip the breaker for the room Off and back On as the breaker may trip without the toggle moving.
2. Turn ON each electrical switch in the room and see if the fan “Beeps”.
3. Reset the remote and attempt to pair back to the fan. See How To Pair A Bluetooth Remote with Your Big Ass Fan.
4. If a new install, returning from a brown out, power outage or electrical storm replace the quick connectors (Wago’s) that connect the fan power leads to the facility power with wire nuts.
5. If a new install, turn power to the fan Off. Disconnect and reseat the electrical connection at the motor/down rod junction.
