My AirEye fan is not starting with a Standard Controller

Your fan will not start from the Aireye standard controller? See the troubleshooting below.

1. Confirm that your controller cord is securely inserted into the plug.

2. Make sure the breaker for the fan has not been tripped and that the fan is getting adequate voltage.

3. Plug another device into the outlet for the AirEye. You can also try plugging the AirEye into a different outlet.

4. If you have multiple fans, swap the controller and see if the fan will turn on. If the fan starts, the unit will need a replacement controller.

5. If the fan is getting the correct voltage and it only hums, this would indicate that the motor is seized and may need a replacement.

If none of the above fixed the issue, or if troubleshooting indicated that you require replacement parts, please contact technical support.
