Damaged Power Cord
Do you believe you have a damaged or faulty power cord? Please follow the troubleshooting below:
- If the power cord is visibly damaged, do not use the fan.
- Contact Customer Service to request a replacement power cord.
- If you suspect the power cord may be faulty and you have multiple units available:
- Swap the power cord with a known working unit.
- Test the fan again.
- If the fan operates correctly with a different cord, the original power cord is defective.
- Contact Customer Service for a replacement. If the fan still does not operate, see the troubleshooting for “Fan Will Not Start.”
