Fan is not starting

Your fan will not start? Follow the troubleshooting below:

1. If the fan is rotating at less than 10 RPM, the airfoils must come to a complete stop before the motor can restart. Wait until the airfoils stop moving, then try turning the fan on again.
2. If the fan is completely motionless and still will not start, verify the following:
   1. The fan is securely plugged into a power outlet.
   2. The fan power switch is turned ON.
   3. The supply power is adequate and the outlet is functional.
3. If the fan still does not start after these checks, contact Customer Service.
