Your Air Eye is running but you can’t adjust the speed? Follow the troubleshooting below.

 

1. Go to your settings and confirm the 0-10 setting is on.

2. Confirm that the 0-10 setting is set for your model fan, AirEye.

3. Try swapping your 0-10 wires to confirm the units are wired to the BAFCon correctly.
