Heater is not heating

1. The remote control must be pointed in the direction of the receiver on the heater body (located on the front face) and must be used within a maximum distance of 6m.
2. Be sure to double check the power being run to the heater.
3. Ensure all emitters are operating. Make sure the emitter is not broken or that there is not a loose wire where they plug into the side of the emitters.
4. If the emitter is broken or has shorted out, reach out to Big Ass Fans Customer Support to get a replacement.
5. On two of these units there are control boards. Check these for any sign of a short circuit. Contact Big Ass Fans Customer Support if your circuit board has failed.
