Holiday Hours of Operation
As the holiday season approaches, we want to share our adjusted hours to ensure our team has the opportunity to spend quality time with their families. Please take note of the following temporary changes to our shipping and support schedule.
Shipping and Warranty Orders:
- Orders placed after December 19, 2024, will be processed under normal product lead times starting January 6, 2025.
Sales and Support Hours:
- December 24: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
- December 26: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
- December 27: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
- December 31: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
- January 2: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
- January 3: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
We will resume normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) on January 6, 2025.
