Inc. today profiled Big Ass Fans® and its employee-focused approach to business. Contributor Suzanne Lucas noted the company’s stellar wages, as well as the company’s refusal to lay off employees during the Great Recession.
Because Big Ass Fans did not lay off employees, the company was ready to capitalize on opportunities as soon as the economy began showing signs of improvement.
